Billing Procedure
●Billing details
Regarding retained personal data, you can request disclosure, correction (correction, addition, deletion), suspension of use (suspension, deletion), suspension of provision to third parties.
●Billing method
Requests will only be accepted using our designated request form. Please enclose the necessary documents for identity verification in the invoice and mail it to the General Affairs Department of the head office. You can download the billing form here.(PDF:108KB)
●Fee
If your request is "disclosure of personal data held," please enclose a 1,000 yen stamp as a fee.
●Those who can request disclosure etc.
- The person concerned with the retained personal data for which disclosure etc. is requested. (hereinafter referred to as "the person")
- A legal representative when the person is a minor or a guardian of an adult.
- An agent who has been entrusted by the person to request disclosure etc.
●Identity verification
In order to prevent the possessed personal data from being accidentally leaked to others, when requesting disclosure, etc., it is required that the claimant present or submit documents that can confirm that you are a legitimate agent.

Driver's license, passport, or cards that have your current address on (health insurance card, resident card, basic resident register card, alien registration card) - By mail

[2] If the request is made by an agent, all three of the following:
(イ)Letter of attorney
(ロ)Requester's seal stamp certificate used in the letter of attorney
(ハ)Documents that can confirm the agent itself, which is one of the copied documents in (1) .
●Cases you cannot claim
- When requesting "correction/addition/deletion of contents"
You can only claim if the reason is "the contents of the retained personal data are not true". (Article 26 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "law")) - When requesting "suspension of use, deletion"
You can only make a claim if the reason is that you have been treated in violation of the provisions of Article 16 of the Act or if you were obtained in violation of the provisions of Article 17 of the Act. (Law Article 27 Paragraph 1) - When requesting "suspension of provision to a third party"
You can only claim if the reason is that you are provided to a third party in violation of Article 23, Paragraph 1 of the Act. (Law Article 27 Paragraph 2)
How We Answer

We will accept the request for disclosure, etc., and we will reply in writing within 2 weeks after confirmation.
●Cases we cannot answer
- When requesting "disclosure"
When disclosure may harm the life, body, property or other rights and interests of the person or a third party. (When it corresponds to the proviso of Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Act) - When requesting "correction/addition/deletion of contents"
When the content of the offer is false or when it is judged that there is no need to correct it from the viewpoint of the purpose of use. (When it falls under Article 26, Paragraph 1 of the Act) - When requesting "suspension of use, deletion" or "suspension of provision to a third party"
Instead of these measures, we may take necessary measures to protect the rights and profits of the person after discussions together. (Provision of Article 27, paragraph 1 of the Act or proviso of paragraph 2 of the same Article)
